Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the scenic reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Karakamatamata Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Change of Classification and Change of Name of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act and directs that section 41 be to apply in respect of the reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as Centaurus Road Reserve Number One.
