Land Acquired Together with a Right of Way Easement for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Kaitaia

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired together with the right of way contained in easement certificate No. 466813.1, for Maori housing purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of April 1985.

Change of the Classification of Parts of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserves, described in the Schedule, from local purpose (esplanade) reserves to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
