Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block II, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 117(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Section 17, Block II, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in Henderson and Pollard Limited at Auckland;

(ii) Sections 18 and 20, Block II, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in Bryce Albert Wyatt and Eileen May Wyatt of Maropiu, farmers, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 858609.7, 858609.8 and B. 058213.3, North Auckland Land Registry;

(iii) Section 19, Block II, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in Bruce Joseph Morris of Tutamoe, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. B. 215713.1, North Auckland Land Registry.
