Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 12) in Block IX, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 12 and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of April 1985.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the Wallace County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “E” on S.O. Plan 10263 and “L” on S.O. Plan 10262 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 128.

(ii) The areas marked “B”, “E” and “N” on S.O. Plan 10262 shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(iii) The area marked “D” on S.O. Plan 10263 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2A/663.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 128.
