Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Hunua Rural Fire District Order 1973, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the order constituting the Hunua Rural Fire District Order made on the 12th day of March 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This order shall come into force from the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND
CONSERVANCY—HUNUA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT
All that area in the Manukau City and Franklin County containing approximately 33 150 hectares and bounded generally as follows:
Commencing at the southern-western corner of Allotment 25, Otau Parish, situated in Block XII, Wairoa Survey District, thence generally northerly along the western boundary of the said allotment to the north side of a public road thence easterly along the north side of the said road to its junction with Otau Mountain Road, then generally north-westerly along the south-western side of Otau Mountain Road to a point opposite the westernmost point of Allotment 19, Otau Parish; thence north-easterly by a right line across the Otau Mountain Road and along the north-western boundary of the said Allotment 19; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of the said Allotment 19 to the north-western corner of the said Allotment 19; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 19 and 20 to the south-western corner of Lot 1, Deeds Plan 71, Blue Block VIII, Wairoa Survey District, thence north and generally east along the western and northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 51851, to the south-eastern corner of Mataitai Block part No. 2, D.P. 1475; thence north along the eastern boundary of part No. 2 and a right line across the Ness Valley Road to the northern side of this road, thence generally easterly along the northern side of the Ness Valley Road and the Aroaro Stream; thence along the southern and eastern boundaries of Lot 11, Deeds Plan 71, Blue and part Mataitai No. 6 and No. 4 Blocks and thence generally easterly along the southern boundary of Orere and Taupo Blocks and along the south-western boundary of Scenic Reserve D.P. 31082 to the eastern side of the Kawakawa Orere Road, Block X, Wairoa Survey District; thence generally easterly along the northern side of the Kawakawa Orere Road and the Orere Matingarahi Road and thence generally southerly along the eastern side of the East Coast Road to a point opposite the northern boundary of Wharekawa 5B, South 4B2A1 Block, Block II, Wharekawa Survey District; thence by a right line across the Orere-Matingarahi-Kaiua Road; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said Wharekawa 5B, South 4B2A1 Block and southerly along the western boundary of the aforesaid block and thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Wharekawa 5B South 5A3 Block to the Hauarahi Stream and thence generally westerly along the northern bank of the said Hauarahi Stream; thence generally southerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 34150; thence along the northern boundaries of Lot 1 and part Lot 2, D.P. 34149 to the easternmost point of Lot 1, D.P. 52965; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 1, D.P. 52965 to the Mangatangi Stream and southwards along the eastern bank of the Mangatangi Stream to the northern boundary of part Lot 4, D.P. 7211, Block XII, Opaheke Survey District; thence westerly along the northern and western boundaries of part Lot 4, D.P. 7211, the western boundary of part Lot 5, thence westerly along the north-western boundaries of part Lot 6, D.P. 7211, the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 54327, the south-eastern and western boundaries of Allotment 73, Otau Parish, to the Mangatawhiri Valley Road; thence generally westerly along the southern side of the aforementioned road, Block XV, Opaheke Survey District to the north-western corner of part Lot 1, D.P. 2697, thence across the Mangatawhiri Road to the eastern corner of Allotment 1A, Otau Parish; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Allotment 1A, Otau Parish, and thence westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 68325 to Paparimu Road; thence generally north along the western side of Paparimu Road, Mathiesons Road; thence Paparimu and Hunua Roads to the southernmost corner of Allotment 127, Opaheke Parish, Block II, Opaheke Survey District and from this point in an easterly direction across the Wairoa River to the eastern bank.
Thence generally northerly along the eastern bank of the Wairoa River to the south-western boundary point of part Allotment 50, Parish of Otau, and thence westerly across the said Wairoa River and along the southern boundary of part Allotment 24, Parish of Hunua Block II, Opaheke Survey District, and thence generally northerly along the western boundary of the said part Allotment 24 to the western side of Falls Road, thence generally north-westerly along the south-western side of Falls Road to the easternmost point of Lot 4, D.P. 29410, thence north-easterly by a right line crossing Falls Road; thence along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 26363 and by a right line to the eastern bank of the Wairoa River. Thence in a generally northern direction along the eastern bank of the Wairoa River to the point of commencement at the south-western corner of Allotment 25, Otau Parish, Block XII, Wairoa Survey District.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1942, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Title—This order may be cited as the Harbour Boards Employees Superannuation Scheme Order 1985.

Consent to superannuation scheme—Consent is hereby given to any Harbour Board that is a member of the Harbours Association of New Zealand to establish a superannuation scheme for the benefit of persons in their employment and their dependants that complies with the terms of the scheme described in a letter dated 2 April 1985 and signed for and on behalf of the Harbours Association of New Zealand and the New Zealand Harbours Industrial Union of Workers; a copy of which letter has been deposited in the office of the Secretary of Labour and also in the office of the Secretary to the Treasury at Wellington.

Appointments, Promotions, Extensions, Relinquishments, Cancellations, Transfers, Resignations and Retirements of Officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces
Pursuant to section 59 of the Defence Act 1971, the Minister of Defence hereby approves the following appointments, promotions, extensions, relinquishments, cancellations, transfers, resignations and retirements of Officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces.
SEA CADET CORPS
Appointments
Daphne Sally Payne is appointed to a cadet commission in the rank of Ensign on probation with effect from 8 February 1985, seniority 8 February 1985.
Margaret Herma Maria Stumpel is appointed to a cadet commission in the rank of Ensign, on probation with effect from 5 December 1984, seniority 5 December 1984.
Lieutenant Commander Royden Paul Vaughan is appointed Unit Commander of TS Achilles with effect 11 March 1985.
Extensions
The following officers have been granted an extension to their cadet commissions until dates shown:
