In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 March 1985, No. 53, page 1410 for the reference to 'the said Lot 2, D.P. 13580, Reserve 4250' at line 34 of the scheduled Area of Supply read 'the said Lot 2, D.P. 13580, part Lot 1, D.P. S. 8044 and 8045 Reserve 4250'.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Pirongia State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Pirongia State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—RAGLAN COUNTY

135.6540 hectares, more or less, being Section 23, Block XI, Karioi Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette,1984, page 653; as shown on plan R15/6, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 52948).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of April 1985.

Pursuant to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950 and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Act, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Nelson Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 433 square metres, more or less, of endowment land in the Port of Motueka, as shown on plan M.D. 16279 (S.O. 13533), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
