Amend Goods Service Licence No. 10081 by adding the following Special condition: With exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for the carriage of milk and cream by milk tankers only in the Nos 5A, 5B, and 7 Goods Service Districts for 4 vehicles and 4 trailers.

Curly Top Cordials (1969) Limited 137E Frederick Street, Hastings. Amend Goods Service Licence No. 10289 by the deletion of Special Condition 2 and substitute in place thereof the following Special Condition:

"With exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for 1 vehicle between Hastings, Fielding, Palmerston North and Masterton and points enroute for the carriage of bottled non-alcoholic beverages in cases being the property of the licensee and the return to the licensee’s factory of empty beverage bottles and cases."

Overtime Return Departures Utilised—5.15 p.m.—7.30 p.m.
Saturday Overtime:
Normal Daily Inward Journey
Plant Departure: 12 noon.

Special Conditions:

  1. The licensee is authorised to operate, under contract, scheduled Route Passenger Services for the carriage of employees of Ford Motor Co. N.Z. Ltd.
  2. To fulfil overtime obligations the services may be run at any time or on any day at the request of the Ford Motor Co. N.Z. Ltd.
  3. In respect of any trip or trips operated pursuant to this licence, the licensee is authorised to exercise one or more of the following options:
    (a) Vary the departure time of the trip(s).
    (b) Split or combine one or more of the trips as long as the general area served is not extended.
    (c) Vary the route of the trip(s) within the general area.
    (d) Vary the departure point of the trip(s).
    (e) Vary any pick up or set down restrictions (if any) for the trip(s).

Provided that in every case where this power is exercised the licensee will make every endeavour to notify regular users of the trip or trips in question and further that if the variation is of a permanent nature then the licensee will submit a new route schedule and timetable to the Authority.
