Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on 14 December 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Hotel Rotorua.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises in relation to the Radiata Bar shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday, Saturday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 4, 1984.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 1, 1984, dated the 28th day of August 1984, which relates to the road in the Schedule hereto, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

Kennedys Bush Road: from Glovers Road to a point 1290 metres measured southerly and easterly, generally, along the said road from Glovers Road.

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitemata City - Lincoln/Te Atatu Wards) Notice No. 3, 1984.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
