Amending a Declaration Stopping Road and Adding the Stopped Road to Land Held for a State Primary School in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 7th day of November 1984 and published in the Gazette of the 15th day of November 1984, No. 210, at page 4880, stopping road and adding the stopped road to land held for a State primary school in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 by deleting the First Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
