PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in First Schedule to be road and vests in The Bruce County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block II, Moutere Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the following:

(a) That the stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall vest in Warwick Albert Hyde of Wellington, ship’s officer and Heather Anne Hyde, his wife.

(b) That the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall vest in Henry Robert Yuill of Ruby Bay orchardist.

(c) That the stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall vest in the Denis John Tapper of Moutere, retired farmer.

(d) That the stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall vest in Neville Bruce Vincent of Richmond, waterside worker and Janet Ellen Vincent, his wife as tenants in common in equal shares subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 190726.1, Nelson Land Registry.

(g) That the stopped road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto shall vest in Bruce William Polkinghorne of Mapua, farmer and Diana Christine Polkinghorne, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 206611.3, Nelson Land Registry.

(h) That the stopped road described in the Eighth Schedule hereto shall vest in Neil Donald Bartlett of Nelson, fire service employee and Gilliam Mary Bartlett, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 218531.1, Nelson Land Registry.
