(2) South Karori, Wellington, being part Section 48, Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 20756, and Lot 2, D.P. 3936, containing 25.8673 hectares, more or less, being the property of Miss Margaret Alice Romaine Wright and Mrs Hazel Mary Traynor.

(3) the Carterton Borough Council Oxidation Ponds, being part Section 215, Taratahi Plain Block, situated in Block X, Tiflin Survey District, and all land within 100 metres.

(4) The Kapiti Borough Council Oxidation Ponds, being Part Lot 2, D.P. 2241 and part Section 5 Ngarara Settlement.

West Coast Acclimatisation District

(1) Buller River Mouth—Area at the mouth of the Buller River:
All that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 263.0461 hectares, more or less, situated in Block II (2), Steeples S.D., and Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D., and bounded as follows: commencing at a point, being the intersection of the middle line of the Buller River and the middle line of the road bridge over the Buller River in Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D.; thence generally westerly and north-westerly by the middle line of the aforesaid bridge and the Westport-Carters Beach Road to its intersection with Aerodrome Road in Block III (3), Steeples S.D.; thence generally easterly along the middle line of the said Aerodrome Road and that line produced to the middle line of the Buller River; thence generally southerly along the middle line of that river to the point of commencement; excepting therefrom that area declared a Wildlife Refuge (Gazette, 1957, page 825).

(2) Rural Section 3641, Block XII, Waimea S.D. being the property of Messrs J. L. and A. B. Alexander.

Westland Acclimatisation District

(1) Okarito Township Reserve, being that part of the Okarito Lagoon on the south side of the Okarito Road.

(2) The Okarito Creek and its tributaries to within 60 metres of the Okarito Lagoon as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

Whangarei Acclimatisation District

(1) An area of 2 hectares on the property of A. Exley, Helena Bay, Northland, being Pt. Owai, Block 317, I and II Opuahanga Survey District.
