PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a water supply easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and an electricity supply easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and powers contained in the Fourth Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of March 1985.
