Lieutenant A. R. Bailie to be Lieutenant Commander with
seniority and effect from 25 December 1984, and his seniority as
Lieutenant is antedated to 25 December 1976.
ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVAL VOLUNTEER RESERVE
The appointment of Chaplain Cecil Douglas Blakie (Anglican) is
terminated with effect from 4 March 1984.
Lieutenant J. A. Moir to be temp. Lieutenant Commander with
effect from 31 December 1984.
Surgeon Lieutenant (on prob.) Alan Ross McCormack, M.B., CH.B.,
is transferred to the Inactive List of the RNZNVR with effect from
1 December 1984.
Robert Anthony Graham is appointed to the RNZNVR in the
rank of Lieutenant (on prob.), with seniority and effect from 1
