Commerce Act 1975
NOTICE is hereby given of Decision No. 114 of the Commerce Commission dated 27 February 1985. By this decision the Commission consents to the merger or takeover proposal whereby Wattie Industries Ltd., through a subsidiary may acquire from Goodman Group Ltd., or a subsidiary, that company’s 50 percent shareholding in Dominion Industries Ltd., thus giving Watties 100 percent of the share capital of Dominion.
A copy of the full text of this decision is available for inspection at the Commission’s offices, Sixth Floor, 163 The Terrace, Wellington. Copies may be purchased on application to the Commission, P.O. Box 10-273, Wellington.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:
Carmel College, Milford.
The said supplementary integration agreement comes into effect on 15 February 1985. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

Review of Wellington City Taxicab Services Under Section 144 of the Transport Act 1962
THE above review will be held in the Conference Room, Second Floor, Pearse House, Ministry of Transport, corner of Willis and Ghuznee Streets, Wellington, commencing at 10 a.m. on Thursday, the 21st day of March 1985.
The purpose of the review is to ascertain whether the services are adequate to meet the reasonable public demand and whether or not the services are being carried out in an efficient manner and whether or not the grant of additional licences would materially affect the economic stability of other holders of taxicab service licences.
