Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks IV and
VIII, Maungaru Survey District, Hobson County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(i) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The
Hobson County Council;

(ii) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the road
described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and shall vest in
St Patrick's College Wellington Trust Board at Wellington, Subject
to mortgage No. 411914.1, section 308 (4) and (5) of the Local
Government Act 1974 and fencing convenant contained in Transfer
A033690, Wellington Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in Block XI,
Tadmor Survey District, Waimea County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
10th day of October 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 18 October 1984, No. 188, at page 4515, declaring land to be
road by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following
Schedule:

Block XI, Tadmor Survey District, being part Section 35; as shown
