Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of November 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 November 1984, No. 223 at page 5366, declaring land to be road by omitting the following:

"and to be vested in the National Roads Board".

and substituting the following:

"and to be vested in the Crown".

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of September 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 October 1984, No. 178, at page 4146, declaring land to be road and land taken and vested by omitting the following:

"(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and to be vested in Vivien Andrew Barker of Stanleybrook, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 173501.3 and 192490.1, Nelson Land Registry".

and substituting the following:

"(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and to be incorporated in certificate of title No. 4C/887, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 173501.3 and 192490.1, Nelson Land Registry".
