ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 11th day of February 1985.

Present:

THE HON. G. W. R. PALMER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 50 of the State Services Conditions of Employment Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Railways hereby appoints Clive Richard Tucker to be the service member and Ernest William File to be the alternate service member of the Government Railways Industrial Tribunal, appointed after consultation with each of the service organisations, to hold office for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.

The Town and Country Planning (Tongariro Regional Planning Scheme: Section One) Order 1985

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of February 1985.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. DAVID LANGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Tongariro Regional Planning Scheme: Section One) Order 1985.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1985.

  1. Section 1 of the Tongariro Regional Planning Scheme approval—Section 1 of the Tongariro Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Tongariro United Council in 1984, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference No. TON 23, is hereby approved.

  2. Commencement of Section 1 of the Tongariro Regional Planning Scheme—Section 1 of the Tongariro Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this Order shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1985.

Validation of Reclamation of Land in Bottle Top Bay Manukau Harbour by the Auckland Harbour Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of February 1985.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. DAVID LANGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby validates the reclamation by or for the Auckland Harbour Board of land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

All that reclaimed endowment land in Bottle Top Bay, Manukau Harbour comprising:

(a) 405 square metres, more or less, being part Tidal Lands, Manukau Harbour, situated in Block III, Drury Survey District. Part certificate of title 9B/1172. Shown marked "A" on Plan M.D. 16320 (S.O. 57711).

(b) 445 square metres, more or less, being Part Tidal Lands Manukau Harbour, situated in Block III, Drury Survey District. Part certificate of title 9B/1172. Shown marked "B" on Plan M.D. 16320 (S.O. 557711).
