Notice Revoking Declaration of Land to be an Infected Area
Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974
(No. 3642; Ag. 12/8/8/2)
The declaration made on 11 October 1974* in which the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries declared the following land to be an infected area for the purpose of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974; is hereby revoked.
The land:
(i) An area of 8.4693 hectares, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Tuakau Road and north of the Logan Road junction, Pukekohe, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 20540 and being portion of Allotments 8 and 27, Parish of Pukekohe, certificate of title 459/189 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) An area of 16.2244 hectares, more or less, situated west of the junction of Puni Road and Stuarts Road, Pukekohe, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 24483 and being Allotments 176, 177, 182 and part Allotment 181 of Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, certificate of title 1888/72 (Auckland Registry).
(iii) An area of 8.1632 hectares, more or less, situated west of and adjoining Calcutta Road, Pukekohe, being Allotments 233 and 234 of Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, certificate of title 757/35 (Auckland Registry).

Import Restriction on Watermelons from the Pacific Islands
(Notice No. 3641; Ag. 12/18/2/3)
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Plants Act 1970, I hereby prohibit the importation of fresh watermelon from any Pacific Island unless I am satisfied the importation will not introduce any harmful species of fruit fly (family Tephritidae), pests not known to occur in New Zealand. All imports of the above fruit shall be subject to prior approval by permit issued by the Officer in Charge of the Plant Protection Centre at Auckland.

Approval for CNG Metering Dispensers
PURSUANT to regulations 36 and 37 of the Gas Industry Regulations 1974, I, David James Green, Chief Inspecting Engineer, hereby approve the CNG metering dispensers listed in Schedule I hereunder for the measurement of compressed natural gas, subject to the conditions set out in Schedule II hereunder.
This approval is additional to and not in substitution for the approval published in the Gazette of Thursday, 18 July 1985, No. 132, page 3065.

SCHEDULE II
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
THE CNG metering dispensers listed in Schedule I are approved subject to the following conditions:
- That they are manufactured in accordance with New Zealand Standard NZS 5425, Part 3, Division 3.3, 1984.
- That the components used are in accordance with the technical description produced by the Chief Inspecting Engineer.
