B. For sales of less than a case or carton lots of bananas purchased by the retailer:

The amount per kilogram arrived at by dividing the sum of the following items (a) to (c) by the appropriate amount of saleable fruit per case or carton being sold.

(a) The wholesale price;

(b) Freight actually incurred into store per case or carton;

(c) 37.5 percent of the sum of items (a) and (b).

PROVISIONS FOR SPECIAL PRICES

  1. Subject to such conditions, if any, as he thinks fit, the Secretary, on the application of any licensed distributor or retailer, may authorise an addition to the maximum prices fixed from time to time in respect of any oranges and bananas to which this order applies where special circumstances exist or for any reason extraordinary charges (freight or otherwise) are incurred by the retailer. Any authority given by the Secretary under this clause may apply with respect to a specified lot or consignment of imported oranges and bananas or may relate generally to all imported oranges and bananas to which this order applies sold by the retailer while the approval remains in force.

CNG Fuel System Approvals

PURSUANT to regulation 90¹³ of the Traffic Regulations 1976* (as inserted by the Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 7), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Robert Norman Abram, Chief Automotive Engineer, hereby vary the approvals as set out below only with respect to those alternative fuel system components included in Schedule I hereto.

SCHEDULE I
CNG REFUELLING CONNECTOR

All burst discs fitted to approved CNG filling connections on all vehicles to be removed, and replaced by approved blanking plugs or with manufacturer’s recommended componentry as listed in Schedule II hereto.

The implementation of the changes as prescribed shall be enacted not later than 3 months from the date of publication of this notice and retrospective action shall continue at each annual inspection of effected motor vehicles by the authorised inspection agencies.

There shall be no renewal of the annual inspection certificate in respect of any motor vehicle to which this notice applies which does not meet with the requirements set out in Schedule I hereto.
