TENTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Manukau, in Block XI, XII, XIV and XV, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 13421 containing 8.2429 hectares and the northern side of Popes Road and proceeding northerly along that western boundary and its production across the Papakura Stream to its right bank. Thence easterly along that right bank to the western side of Porchester Road.

Thence northerly along that roadside crossing all intervening roads and its production to the north-western side of Alfriston Road. Thence north-easterly along that roadside and north-westerly along the south-western side of Stratford Road to the southern boundary of Lot 14, Deeds Plan 125, containing 5156 square metres. Thence north-easterly crossing Stratford Road by a right line on a bearing of 44° 00′ 00″ for a distance of 72 metres and by another right line north-westerly to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 54808, and along the north-eastern boundary of that Lot 1 to its northernmost corner.

Thence by a right line bearing 337° 19′ 10″ to the southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 60769. Thence north-easterly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 60769 and the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 18, Deeds Plan 125 for a distance of 54 metres measured from the easternmost corner of the last-mentioned lot. Thence north-easterly on a bearing of 50° 41′ 00″ to the western boundary of Allotment 99 Papakura Parish and on a bearing of 63° 00′ 00″ to the western boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 35055, and Lot 1, D.P. 36663 and the last boundary produced to the south-western boundary of part Lot 4, D.P. 20839.

Thence north-westerly along that last-mentioned boundary and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 41590 and Lot 2, D.P. 40726 to the eastern corner of the last-mentioned Lot 2 and by a right line to the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 36131, along the south-eastern boundaries of the last-mentioned lot and Lot 2, D.P. 40339, Lots 4, 5 and 6, D.P. 36131, and along a right line parallel to Hill Road and 50.29 metres distance from and measured at right angles to its south-eastern side to a point in line with its eastern end and along another right line

on a bearing of 27° 04′ 30″ to the western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 99522.

Thence northerly along that last-mentioned boundary and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of part Lot 2, D.P. 23951 and Section 26, Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District for a distance of 100 metres measured from the westernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 99522. Thence north-westerly by a right line 313° 00′ 00″ to its intersection with the eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 23951. Thence north-easterly by a right line on a bearing of 48° 00′ 00″ to the south-western side of Mill Road. Thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the Inner Drainage Area as described in New Zealand Gazette, No. 32, 10 April 1975, page 811 to the point of commencement.


ELEVENTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Manukau, in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the shore of the Manukau Harbour at mean high water spring tide and the eastern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 68084 and proceeding south-easterly by a right line to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 12046 and along the south-western boundaries of that last-mentioned Lot 1 and Lots 2 and 3 of D.P. 12046 to the mean high water spring tide of the Manukau Harbour. Thence generally westerly, northerly and easterly along the boundary of the Inner Drainage Area described in New Zealand Gazette, No. 10, 27 February 1964, page 278 to the point of commencement.


TWELFTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Waiitemata bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 41392 in Block XIV, Waiitemata Survey District and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 1 to a point 50.29 metres perpendicularly westwards from the western side of Don Buck Road; thence south-easterly along a right line parallel to and 50.29 metres distant from that western roadside to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 41392; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundary of the said Lot 1 to the point of commencement.
