CORRIGENDUM

Reappointment of Honorary Community Officers Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 August 1985, No. 142, page 3252, delete the words 'Nicholas Adams area of Auckland' in line 1 of the Schedule, which last-mentioned words should not have appeared in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in the District of Hawera, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to sections 421 and 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in The Hawera District Council.
