The Rangiora Catholic Burial Ground Closure Notice 1985

PURSUANT to section 41 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

I hereby direct that the Rangiora Catholic Burial Ground, known as the Rangiora Catholic Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule to this notice, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued, from 1 April 1986.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 3058 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 48843, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 27F, folio 924 (Canterbury Registry).

Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand: Designation of Administrative Authority for Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974 as subsequently amended under section 3 in 1977, I hereby designate the Porirua City Council to be the administrative local authority for the Porirua Hospital Community Arts Council.

Authorising an Officer of the Ministry of Works and Development to Remove Vehicles from Land Held for Government Works

PURSUANT to section 239 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(i) appoints the holder of the office of manager of the Dunedin Residency of the Ministry of Works and Development for the time being to remove any property which he has reason to believe has been abandoned on land held for a Government work and to dispose of it in accordance with the said section 239;

(ii) authorises the Green Island Depot of the Ministry of Works and Development as a place to which such property may be taken in accordance with subsection (1) of the said section 239.
