The Waikato Land Valuation Tribunal No. 3 Abolition Order 1985

PURSUANT to section 19 of the Land Valuation Proceedings Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Waikato Land Valuation Tribunal No. 3 Abolition Order 1985.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Tribunal abolished—The Waikato Land Valuation Tribunal that was established under the name of the Waikato Land Valuation Tribunal No. 3 by an Order in Council published in the Gazette of 1957 at page 1507 is hereby abolished.
