Land Declared to be Road, Land Acquired for Road, Sewage
Drainage Easement and Stormwater Drainage Easement Over
Land Acquired in the City of Wanganui

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road and remain vested in The
Wanganui City Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest
in The Wanganui City Council on the 14th day of
November 1985.

(c) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the sewerage drainage easement
described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby acquired
over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto on
the 14th day of November 1985.

(d) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the stormwater drainage easement
described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired
over the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto on
the 14th day of November 1985.
