Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land Held for a Child Welfare
Institution for a State Primary School in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 20th day of September 1985, published in the Gazette of 26
September 1985, No. 180, at page 4223, setting apart land for a
State primary school by omitting the Schedule of the notice and
substituting the following Schedule.
