Amendment to a Notice Classifying Reserves

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying reserves dated 21 November 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 December 1980, No. 143, page 3881, by omitting from the said notice the first reserve description in the Schedule.

(i) 2501 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 1087, situated in Block XVI, Gillespies Survey District. All certificate of title 2A/232. Local purpose (site for public cemetery).

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
