Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the scenic reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Classification and Naming of Reserve and Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Henry Brown Scenic Reserve and further appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Waipu Cove Recreation Reserve

Declaration That Land is a Reserve. Classification and Naming of the Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is a scenic reserve, within the meaning of the Act, and further, classifies the reserve, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall thereafter be known as the Munro Bush Scenic Reserve.
