Land Acquired for a Technical Institute (Caretaker’s Residence) in the Borough of Petone

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer No. 192229 for a technical institute (caretaker’s residence), and shall vest in the Crown on the 31st day of October 1985.

All that piece of land containing 496 square metres, situated in the Borough of Petone, being Lot 19, D.P. 8102, All certificate of title, Volume 389, folio 55, Wellington Land Registry.

Land Declared to be Road and Land Taken in Block IV, Thames Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

Amendment to a Notice Vesting a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notices vesting a reserve in the Manukau City Council, being Sections 21 and 22, Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District dated 18 April 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1985, No. 79, page 1958, by omitting from the said notice “8903 square metres, more or less, being Section 21, Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District. Part Gazette notice B386397 (New Zealand Gazette, 1985, page 465). S.O. Plan 44818.”, and inserting in its place “8186 square metres, more or less, being part Section 21, Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District. Part Gazette notice B386397 (New Zealand Gazette, 1985, page 465). S.O. Plans 44818 and 57332.”
