Land Acquired for Limited Access Road in Block VIII, Kaitieke
Survey District, Taumarunui County

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 4 and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of October 1985.

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 21, Block XI, Heretaunga Survey District) shall be amalgamated with certificate of title K4/579, subject to water and drainage rights and fencing covenant in transfer 21473, easement certificate 441539.1, Gazette notice 309515.1, certificate 424704.1, mortgage 441539.6, and together with rights of way in transfer 71127 and easement certificate 441539.1.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Block VII,

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of August 1985, published in the Gazette of 22 August 1985, No. 155, at page 3620, acquiring land for road in Block VII, Mangakahia Survey District, Whangarei County, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
