THE Minister of Works and Development declares that the land

the Public Works Act 1981, and shall, when so taken, be incorporated

Land Registry.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The
Tauranga County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the portions of road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the
Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares:

(i) That the area of said stopped road marked “G” on
the plan, now known as Allotment 380, Apatā Parish shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 9C/841 subject to memorandum of mortgage
H. 434019.2 South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) That the area of said stopped road and land taken
marked “F” and “K” respectively on the plan, now known
together as Section 34, Block IX, Aongatete Survey District,
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 23C/879 subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971
and subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 642065 and
H. 497490.2 and memorandum of priority H. 497490.3
South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) That the area of said stopped road and land taken
marked “E” and “J”, respectively on the plan, now known
as Section 33, Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume
577, folio 152 limited as to parcels subject to statutory
land charge S. 219285, memoranda of mortgage S. 642065
and H. 497490.2 and memorandum of priority H. 497490.3
