All that parcel of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing 59 square metres, or thereabouts being marked “C” on Survey Office Plan 16337 and being part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 27148 and the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 98, folio 451.
The above description refers to a parcel of land fronting 24 Hoon Hay Road.

SILVERPEAKS COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
Pursuant to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Seacliff Urban Drainage Area taken on the 13th day of September 1985, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $100,000 to be known as the Seacliff Sewerage Loan 1985, for the purpose of installing a sewerage scheme in the Seacliff Urban Drainage Area, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 16.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 11.
The number of informal votes was nil.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 19th day of September 1985 at Dunedin was 356.31 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 500 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
