NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council proposes
to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981 all that
parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of
a public road pursuant to the provisions of section 322 of the Local
Government Act 1974.

The taking is considered essential for the safe and convenient
realignment of Hoon Hay Road in accordance with the council's
operative District Scheme.
