The Road Classification (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1985
Pursuant to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974* and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as The Road Classification (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1985.

The Taranaki County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

So much of the Road Classification (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1984, dated the 26th day of September 1984, (issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the road described in the Schedule, is revoked.

Roads classified in Class One: Beach Road (Omata), Cumming Street; from Oxford Road to Old South Road, Old South Road; from Cumming Street to No. 45 State Highway (New Plymouth-Hawera via Opunake), Oxford Road; from Saunders Road to Cumming Street, Saunders Road; from Wiremu Road to Oxford Road, Wiremu Road; from Punihu Road to Saunders Road.

The Road Classification (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1985
Pursuant to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974* and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as The Road Classification (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1985.

The Waitomo District Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

The notice classifying roads in Waitomo County, dated the 21st day of April 1967, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.
Minimum and Trigger Prices for Export Meat

The Meat Export Prices Committee, after having consulted with the Minister of Agriculture and pursuant to sections 13 and 14(1) of the Meat Export Prices Act 1976, hereby gives notice that it has determined that the bench mark grades, and the minimum and trigger prices for these grades of meat intended for export for the 1985/86 season, commencing on 1 October 1985, shall be as follows:

The price levels determined for lamb and mutton are on an “ex-freezer” basis while the prices determined for the beef categories are on a “delivered to works” basis.
