PURSUANT to section 71 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1974, the Minister of Social Welfare hereby notifies that the premises situated as listed in the Schedule below no longer constitute an institution within the meaning of the said Act and shall no longer be known by the name shown in the Schedule.

Fixing Rates of the Berryfruit Levy
(Notice No. 3576; Ag. 4/54/8)
- Pursuant to regulations 18(2) and 18(3) of the Berryfruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1983, having regard to the recommendations of the Berryfruit Marketing Licensing Authority, I hereby fix—
(a) Rates of 3 cents a kg for boysenberries and of 1½ cents a kg for blackcurrants at which the berryfruit levy is to be paid in the year ending on 30 September 1986;
(b) The manner of payment and collection of such levy which shall be by deduction by exporters, processors, co-operatives or dealers from payments at the point of first sale of all boysenberries or blackcurrants purchased for export or processing.
- Pursuant to section 4 of the Berryfruit Levy Act 1967, having regard to the recommendations of the New Zealand Berryfruit Growers’ Federation (Inc.), I hereby fix the rates of annual levy to be paid by berryfruit growers in respect of their gardens, to the Federation:

- Pursuant to section 7 of the Berryfruit Levy Act 1967, having regard to the recommendation of the New Zealand Berryfruit Growers Federation (Inc.), I hereby fix a special levy equal to 20 cents per kilogram of blueberries sold for export or processing purposes. This levy is to be paid by blueberry growers and is to be used for the purposes of promotion and market development of their product.

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at the following 9 Roman Catholic primary schools in the Diocese of Christchurch.

St Joseph’s School, Papanui.
St Paul’s School, Dallington.
St Anne’s School, Woolston.
St Mary’s School, Hokitika.
New Brighton Catholic School, New Brighton.
Star of the Sea School, Sumner.
St James’s School, Aranui.
Our Lady of the Assumption School, Hoon Hay.
This notice supersedes all previous notices establishing attendance dues in these 9 Roman Catholic primary schools within the Diocese of Christchurch.
NOTICE

This notice shall be cited as the Certain Roman Catholic Primary Schools in the Diocese of Christchurch (Attendance Dues) Notice 1985.

The proprietor of the above-named schools may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named schools requiring them to pay attendance dues.

The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be $30 per term with effect from Term 3, 1985.

Attendance dues received by the proprietor shall be used for the purpose of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated schools as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education pursuant to section 40(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated schools.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of British Airways PLC’s International Air Services Licence to enable the airline to operate an additional weekly air service for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Auckland and London, England, on the route London - Muscat - Singapore - Perth - Auckland and return.
