Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439(2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation known as Whakarewarewa No. 1, Section 2B No. 4A, constituted by Order in Council, dated the 18th day of January 1966 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 3, page 81 of 27 January 1966.
