Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Queenstown Recreation Reserve.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Horokiri Wildlife Management Reserve.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Marlborough County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
