Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped in the County of Waitotara

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, agreements of that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waitotara County Council on the 12th day of September 1985.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth and Sixth Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 21C/690, subject to memorandum of mortgage 654706.2 and statutory land charge 060306.1.

(ii) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 19C/1379, subject to statutory land charge 343842.1
