Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
William John Mitchell, District Court Judge of Auckland,
to be a member of the Prisons Parole Board for a term of 3 years
on and from the date hereof.

Appointment of Pilot—Port of Taharoa

of Transport Act 1968, hereby appoint

Gordon Edwin Franklin

as a relieving pilot at and for the Port of Taharoa.

Pursuant to section 6A of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975,
as inserted by the Motor Vehicle Dealers Amendment Act 1979,
the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint

Patrick Winfrd Millar, accountant of Wellington,

to be a member of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licensing Board for
a period of 3 years on and from the date hereof.

pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950 and in exercise of

as a supervising officer for the Ministry of Transport, Northern
Region, for the Harbours Act 1950 and the Water Recreation

Crown Land Set Apart for a Playcentre in Block XIII, Waiau Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be set apart for a playcentre together with a right
of way easement over the land shown marked 'B' and subject to a
right of way easement over the land marked 'A' in favour of section
241, all as shown on S.O. Plan 9127, lodged in the office of the
Chief Surveyor at Invercargill. These right of way easements are on
the terms and conditions as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land containing 2286 square metres, being Section
