Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that general meetings of the above-named companies will be held in the Boardroom of DeLotz Hackins & Sells, Eighth Floor, Southpac House, 1 Victoria Street, Wellington on the 27th day of September 1985 at 10 a.m. for the purpose of having the accounts laid before them showing how each winding up has been conducted and the properties of the respective companies have been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidators.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL—A BILL INTITULED

AN ACT to Amend the Cawthron Institute Trust Act 1924

The Cawthron Institute Trust Board hereby gives notice that it intends to apply for leave to bring in the above-mentioned private Bill to the House of Representatives in Parliament.

The object of the Bill is to increase the membership of The Cawthron Institute Trust Board by two extra members to be appointed by the Governor-General in Council and to provide that the members appointed by the Governor-General in Council shall be appointed in consultation with the Trust Board.
