PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the
10th day of January 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 17 January 1985, No. 6, at page 133, declaring stopped road to
be disposed of in Block II, Moutere Survey District, Waimea County.
