Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block II, Moutere
Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the following:

(a) That the stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto
shall vest in Warwick Albert Hyde of Wellington, ship’s
officer and Heather Anne Hyde, his wife.

(b) That the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto
shall vest in Henry Robert Yuill of Ruby Bay, orchardist.

(c) That the stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto
shall vest in Denis John Tapper of Moutere, retired farmer.

(d) That the stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto
shall vest in Neville Bruce Vincent of Richmond, waterside
worker and Janet Ellen Vincent, his wife, as tenants in
common in equal shares subject to memorandum of
mortgage No. 190726.1, Nelson Land Registry.

(e) That the stopped road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto
shall vest in Richmond Thomas Sutton of Mapua, poultry
farmer and Cynthia Dorothy Joy Sutton, his wife, subject
to memorandum of mortgage No. 147446, Nelson Land
Registry.

(f) That the stopped road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto
shall vest in Jocelyn Rose Mary Hoare of Irwell,
Christchurch, widow, subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. 206459.1 and 194755.1, Nelson Land Registry.

(g) That the stopped road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto
shall vest in Bruce William Polkinghorne of Mapua, farmer
and Diana Christine Polkinghorne, his wife, subject to
memorandum of mortgage No. 206611.3, Nelson Land
Registry.

(h) That the stopped road described in the Eighth Schedule hereto
shall vest in Neil Donald Bartlett of Nelson, fire service
employee and Gillian Mary Bartlett, his wife, subject to
memorandum of mortgage No. 218531.1, Nelson Land
Registry.
