"24. PARCELS RATES

24.1 Ordinary parcels rates
Ordinary rates for parcels conveyed within or between the parcels zones specified in clause 24.6 shall be charged as follows:

24.2 "Owners' risk"
The rates in clause 24.1 are at "limited carriers risk" and will be reduced by two percent where consignors require that the consignment be carried at "owners' risk".

24.3 Short distance traffic between adjacent zones
Parcels consigned between two adjoining zones, except between zones 5 and 6, for a total distance not exceeding 50 kilometres, shall be charged at the rates for parcels consigned solely within one zone.
