ORDER
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme: Section One) Order 1985.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1985.

Section one of Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section one of the Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Canterbury United Council in 1984, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference No. CAN 1/5, is hereby approved.

Commencement of section one of the Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme—Section one of the Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this order shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1985.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of that Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Title—This order may be cited as the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Southland Branch Order 1985

Exemption—The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Southland Branch an organisation approved* under the former name of Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Southland Branch by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshop at Oreti Street, Gore, Southland from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The minimum Wage Act 1945, the Holidays Act 1981, and sections 10 (2) (b) and 15 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981.
- Revocation—The Order in Council, †dated 18 February 1974 granting exemptions in respect of the sheltered workshop at Oreti Street, Gore is hereby revoked.
