NEW ZEALAND MISSION TRUST BOARD (PORT WAIKATO, MARAETAI) EMPOWERING BILL
In the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Private Bills; and in the matter of a Private Bill intitled “An Act to enable certain lands at Port Waikato and certain moneys and investments derived from lands at Port Waikato to be transferred from the New Zealand Mission Trust Board to trustees elected by members of the sub-tribes of Ngati Kawera and Ngati Tahinga”
It is intended to apply for leave to bring in a private Bill intitled as above.
THE promoter of the Bill is The New Zealand Mission Trust Board and its objects are to vest in the promoter power to transfer certain lands situated at Port Waikato and certain monies and investments derived from the sale or lease of lands situated at Port Waikato to trustees elected by members of the sub-tribes of Ngati Kawera and Ngati Tahinga to be held by such trustees on certain charitable trusts.
Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to the promoter’s solicitors Hesketh and Richmond, P.O. Box 1559, Auckland and a copy of the Bill may be inspected at their offices at Seventh Floor, Norwich Insurance House, corner Queen and Durham Streets, Auckland and also at the District Court, Manukau Road, Pukekohe.
