NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 22nd day of
July 1985, presented to the said Court by AIDINGTON ENGINEERING
COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at Christchurch and carrying on business as general
engineers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before
the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 28th day of August, 1985
at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of
the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person
or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

on the 6th day of August 1985, it appointed David James
Underwood and Graham Kenneth Gaskin, both of Wellington,
chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of the property
of G. C. Bridge (Johnsonville) Ltd., trading at Whitby, under the
powers contained in a debenture dated the 7th day of July 1972,
which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets
of the company.

ELECTION OF A PRODUCER REPRESENTATIVE TO THE NEW
ZEALAND KIWIFRUIT AUTHORITY
I hereby give notice that an election will be held to elect 1 member
of the New Zealand Kiwifruit Authority, to represent kiwifruit
producers in the Southern Ward.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing
Regulations 1977 (Amendment No. 1) therefore, kiwifruit producers
are advised that the electoral roll of producers in the Southern Ward
will be available for inspection for 14 days from 28 August 1985,
during normal office hours, at the following places: Ministry of
Agriculture and Fisheries’ offices in Hamilton, Palmerston North,
Whakatane, Opotiki, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Levin, Gisborne,
Hastings, and Motueka; Post Offices in Te Puke (Jellicoe Street),
Takaka and in Nelson (Richmond Post Office); the offices of the
New Zealand Fruitgrowers Federation in Wellington.
