Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XI, Moeraki Survey District, Waitaki County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Waitaki County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Vesting a Reserve in the Dunedin City Council

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (segregation) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed by the Ohinemuri County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of council.
