Declaring Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in Block II, Tarras Survey District and Block I, Wakefield Survey District, Vincent County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and vests in the Crown from and after the 8th day of August 1985.
