Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of May 1985 published in New Zealand Gazette, 16 May 1985, No. 90, page 2157, setting apart land held for a main highway depot for a composite school, in Block X, Moeraki Survey District, Silverpeaks County, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule and also replacing the words "Silverpeaks County" with "Waihemo County" in the heading of the notice.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of April 1985, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, on the 2nd day of May 1985, No. 79, page 1947, declaring land held for State primary school to be Crown land in Block IX, Town of Manapouri, Wallace County, by omitting reference to certificate of title 7A/1424 from the Schedule, and replacing it with certificate of title 7A/424.
