The roads specified in the Third Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Blenheim Borough and Marlborough County) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 20th day of December 1974*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Marlborough County adjacent to Blenheim Borough:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from the north-eastern boundary of Blenheim Borough to a point 180 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the State highway from the said boundary.
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) (Middle Renwick Road): from the western boundary of Blenheim Borough to a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Rose Street.
Adams Lane.
Bary Street.
Batty’s Road: from the southern boundary of Blenheim Borough to a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from David Street.
Colemans Road.
David Street: from Severne Street to Batty’s Road.

THIRD SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Marlborough County adjacent to Blenheim Borough:
New Renwick Road: from a point 40 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Batty’s Road to a point 40 metres measured westerly, generally, along New Renwick Road from Aerodrome Road.
Old Renwick Road: from a point 40 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Murphys Road to Waipuna Street.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 1
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 June 1985 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, Waipu to its junction with State Highway No. 12 for half its width on the western side across the frontages of Lot 1, D.P. 94014, certificate of title 50A/1142 as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 11/17/1/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
