Declaring Road in Block II, Kerikeri Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

All that piece of road containing 13.2 perches (334 square metres) passing through past Section 2, Block II, Kerikeri Survey District; as shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 46305, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in Blocks I and II, Castlepoint Survey District Masterton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of May 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 May 1985, No. 85 at page 2084 declaring land to be road in Blocks I and II, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County by omitting the following from the Schedule:

"being part Lot 1, D.P. 318, part Section 416, Whareama District, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington".

and substituting the following:

"being part Lot 1, D.P. 3186, part Section 416, Whareama District; as shown coloured orange on S.O. Plan 27476, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington".
